Brian Brown started B.L. Brown Construction & Excavation, Inc. in 1996 as a two man crew digging footings, sanitary, storm, and water lines for residential contractors. Over time the company has grown to become an OSHA safe commercial contracting company with revenues of 5+ million dollars a year. We subcontract under general contractors on large projects, and we also general contract site utility and drainage projects.
