Fantastic Service! Had an issue with basement drain overflowing. When we called, representative was friendly, assured us we could use the mailer coupon, and able to get a technician out to us the next morning. The technician was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, when explaining our options. He was able to quickly assess the situation and had it fixed within the hour! Excellent plumbing service! Last July, my approximately 10 year old water heater developed a leak. I made the call to Mr Plumber, and was able to get an inspection a few days later. Upon inspection and not surprisingly, it was determined that a replacement was needed. The inspection tech was able to arrange a replacement the same day. A few hours later, a couple other techs got to work.
The old water heater was drained then removed, and a new one put in within a couple hours. Responsive and very professional! Work was all done in reasonable time and cost! Highly recommended!

Zoe came out and unclogged the drain. She was professional and personable. Scott came out as well to run the camera and quote on power jetting. Short version: The technicians who installed the reverse osmosis deserve 5 stars. They were excellent. The customer support/parts department experience has been abysmal. Spent nearly $2200 on a reverse osmosis system to be installed on August 11th. The technicians had everything they needed but learned earlier that morning the parts department was unable to get the permeate pump I ordered back on August 8th with the rest of the parts (a fairly common item one could easily find on Amazon or other distributor sites - see examples in attached photos). I've called the customer support line twice (August 14th and 18th) and both the representatives said, "we will have someone from parts contact you via email or phone as soon as possible." I've never received an email or a call. It's August 29th, the part still isn't installed, no one from their team has proactively communicated what's going on, etc.
This was a service ordered via Costco. I'll be sharing feedback with them as well. UPDATE: Following this review, I received a phone call this morning, August 30th from a representative who was very professional and provided details on the communication/product shipment challenges. The project should be complete by September 1st. I've knocked off a single star only because I was hopeful this conversation would have been conducted sooner.

Drew saved the day! I got a new fridge and could not get the copper water line back on the new fridge after trying for 2 hours. He came over around 7 pm on a Thursday night and got it back on. He had difficulty with it too so made me feel a little bit better about my DIY skills. So happy and can't wait for my craft ice!

If I could give six stars, I would! Every step was professional. My tech - Thomas - was on time, courteous, and communicated clearly and effectively. My clogged drain was cleared fully, and even the recommended services were presented in a non-pushy, informative way. Zoe's service was OUTSTANDING! Delivering 12 bags of water softener salt was no small feat, but Zoe did it while taking extra care to take it to the basement and place it where we wanted it stored. Zoe even offered to put needed bags in the salt storage bin. This was the best example of wonderful customer service I have had in a very long time. Also, Zoe's attitude of doing this big delivery was terrifically positive.

I had a problem with flushing my toilet where water was coming from the base of the toilet. I only have one bathroom in my house, so I called Mr. Plumber. They sent out Zoe and she was amazing. She did her best to try to restore my main line and she got it restored. Everything that was done she explained the reason for it. I am very appreciative of the quality of work that was provided. I don't know how me and my family would have used the bathroom if I had waited on my home warranty provider. Thank you so much Zoe for all that you done.

Zoe cleaned out our sewer drain today. It is a Saturday, it is hot outside, and Zoe is on call all weekend. Not only did Zoe take care of our immediate concern (backed up sewer line) efficiently, she did so with kindness, professionalism, and was nice to talk to as well! My wife and I would like to thank Scott for his professionalism and support from start to finish through the process of our main waterline to the house busting and flooding our lawn. He communicated everything to us and kept us informed on all changes. Then Matt and his team came out and did an amazing job on the repair of the line and replacement of dirt and concrete.
I've had other work done outside by another company where they only did the repair and left me to clean up. This time, I came outside to a clean driveway and smooth lawn. I can't thank the Mr. Plumber team enough for making this difficult process easy!

After already experienced frustration of having water in my house, several plumbing companies in and out, quotes high enough to make you sick, Mr. Plumber sent out an awesome tech who was knowledgeable and quick. They also identified my bigger issue and even though the price is hefty, they offer financing and will get my business mostly because of how impressed I was the first time around.

Once again these guys took great care and solved my plumbing issue. I am a contractor of 30 years and have used plumbing companies all over the country. While I always look for a deal, sometimes the value is best gained when you hire a big outfit that wants your repeat business and works professionally to gain it. This company has installed a new air conditioner/furnace, solved a very complicated basement flood cause, and fixed clogged drains for me, my relatives and many, many clients.
Today I had Kyle Mundell. He was safe with all the protective gear on (Covid), and when asked to protect the floor of a newly remodeled basement, accommodated me in every way. I've had Mike Crockett, Connor Young, Issac Johnson, Adam, and Mike out to my house and they all were friendly, professional, and hard working. As a contractor, I wish I had guys like this working for me.

As with most home repairs, our water heater went kaput week before last, just 24 hours before temps were to drop to single digits. Our HAC maintenance contract is with Williams Comfort Air, so we called, expecting nothing for the next few days/weekend and facing heating water on the stove. Not only did Williams/Metzler & Hallam rep Austin arrive promptly the same day I called and assessed our needs (finding our 75-yr-old water lines needed replacing as well), he scheduled a team for the very next day! Mike, Cody & Cameron arrived at the appointed time and got to work with little help from me (couldn't remember where the outside water line came into the house!) and my husband was at work.
I was fully informed about the work to be done and a walk-through was conducted both before and after. For the next 10 hours, they worked. I'm unsure when or if they took a lunch break. Except for cutting the old galvanized pipes, I didn't hear them. And when they left (having laid down dropcloths at the outset), there was no evidence they'd been there except for new, clean PEX lines and newly installed shutoff valves. Mike proudly walked through as the other crew members cleaned up, showing their work and all that was installed.
We had no idea how low our water pressure had become let alone how inefficient our water heater was performing. We cannot recommend Williams/Metzler & Hallam enough and are grateful for their promptness, efficiency and professionalism.

We used Mr Plumber today to unclog our kitchen sink. Their $93 or free policy is pretty legit. The young man who showed up was polite and quick to get to work. So far we are very happy with the service and I can finally do my dishes again. Doing a full five stars because they offer a 1year guarantee. When I was price shopping most did not offer any sort of guarantee.
