There are situations where Asbestos poses threats, but it can be important to know whether or not Asbestos is present in a suspected area. Most demolition or home remodeling projects require asbestos testing, and this drove us to offer this testing service to our clients. Asbestos is a mineral found in nature. Part of the reason it is so harmful to humans is the small size of the fibers. An individual fiber of Asbestos can only be seen by an electron microscope.

Immediately following water damage within a property the water should be extracted, the water damaged building materials removed and the structures dried within 24-48 hours to prevent mold growth.
