Put tile floors in kitchen and hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Wonderful! Mark was great from start to finish, so much so that we picked the tile from a book, but Mark made a special stop for a sample to make sure we liked it in person. Mark and his team were a pleasure to work with. Mark was personable, friendly, accommodating and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Every member of his install/refinishing team was friendly and knowledgeable, and all of the work went off without a hitch, even though his team had to deal with a few snow storms during the process.
