We are a local, family owned and operated landscaping company. Our team combined has over 90 years of industry experience. We've seen and done a lot of things over those years and we would love to share our experience with you. Whether it is having our Certified Arborist inspect your trees, our Certified Plant Professional consulting about your landscaping plants, our Licensed applicators treating your lawn, our Certified paver installer working on your patio or our educated mowing crew taking care of your mowing needs.

Started by 2 guys that Love helping things grow healthy. LeapFrog Landcare is an Organic based lawn, tree & shrub care company. We are locally owned and operated and we love what we do! We serve the Triangle area of NC with a strong emphasis on Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina. By focusing on an environmentally friendly approach in organic lawn care and fertilizers aswell as Compost Tea, our goal is to make the customer's lawn a safe, fun and friendly place. By focusing on the soil and health of the plant there will be less need for pesticide and herbicide treatments.

One of the main reasons for us starting the business is because of our love for healthy trees & shrubs. We are one of only a few companies in the triangle that have both a Certified Arborist & a Certified Plant Professional on staff full time. We here the question regularly of "What's wrong with my tree?" Or "What's wrong with my shrubs?" Some of the common issues with trees and shrubs can be answered via email with a picture of your plant and a description of what you are seeing. Other times may require one of our experts to come out and do an inspection to see what is going on.

We offer several different options for lawn treatments. Our most popular plan is the Better Grass Package. This package mixes the best of nature with the best of science! It is a hybrid plan that is made up of about 70% organic lawn treatments and 30% synthetic weed control. Different types of grasses need different amounts of fertilizer according to the type of grass. We also apply fertilizer at the appropriate time frame needed. Be careful of companies that fertilize with every application! Studies have shown that fertilizing at the wrong time drastically increases the chance of disease in your lawn.
