I literally wish that I could give this business five stars and review them every single day. We've hired Go Green for two major services at our home (complete renovation of water lines / water heater and complete AC / heat pump installation) and they've been wildly above expectation during both processes.
Every single aspect of this company is just stellar. From scheduling an appointment, to the knowledgeability of the professionals that gave us quotes, to the technicians who did the repairs and installation. Just wow. We were also impressed with the monthly membership option for service and repair, which we have also utilized, and I very highly recommend!
Side note: It's worth mentioning that I hear Go Green's name everywhere, from sponsoring charity events to doing good deeds out in the community. That says a lot about a company!
It's very obvious that Go Green cares about their staff, their customers, and their community. We will be lifetime customers!!

The personalized experience from Go Green is something that is so hard to find in today’s world. They listen to the customer and make the right recommendations- not the ones that will make them the most money. Jonathan is fabulous and we are so happy with the work he’s done. We will be customers for life! The communication is excellent - i receive personal texts updating me on the status of my orders and visits. Also, as the owners of 3 insane dogs, we really appreciate a company that not only tolerates coming into a house with crazy jumping dogs, but embraces it. We just got a laminated certificate in the mail proclaiming that our 3 are now official junior technicians, for being such helpful doggos! Thanks for all you do!

We had Jon Adams come out to a newly purchased home to check on (A) a possible street-to-house leak, as well as (B) some crazy piping and connections from the previous owner. Jon was really great! He was out within a matter of hours. Personable. Smart. Made sure we understood everything. More than totally assessing the plumbing situation, he had some terrific ideas and recommendations - related to safety, remodeling, and maintenance - as he walked through the home. The best part: He had clear cut solutions for what needed to be done...and he really made the effort to explain what wouldn't be the best use of time and money. Go Green was a smart call. Great customer service! I can't say enough good things about this company. They came out at the last minute to replace our water heater; on a Friday, late in the evening, in an area they don't typically service. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked diligently through the evening to get the job done. Everyone was very professional and courteous, from the office folks to the technicians that came out to the house. Will continue to use them for our plumbing, heating, and air needs!
