The technician that came out was professional and friendly. He was very Knowledgeable in diagnosing a problem that I had inquired about. He also gave information about moisture barriers that I had asked him about I couldn’t be more pleased the Swaim Electric! My bill was simply their service charge even though he also corrected an issue that I was at fault in Definitely give them a call if you need Heating and Cooling help and have peace of mind that the job

Swaim Electric came to install a new mini split for our home yesterday, with the equipment installation performed by Michael, Joe and Logan. Even knowing that their customer services is very good, we were amazed at the three men that came to perform the work. They were focused, relentless, and undeterred to provide Lynn and I the best possible installation, working through lunch so they could get us done in a day. Michael, Joe and Logan offered updates as they completed certain tasks, so we weren't wondering what was happening. To keep the white floors clean, they left their boots on the porch, even though they were never asked to do so, which shows how they care about their customers. When all was done, they took the time to show us how things worked, never in a hurry, cleaning everything once our questions were answered.
