TimberBuilt Inc is a family owned and operated company that specializes in building screen rooms, sunrooms and family room additions since 2002. TimberBuilt Rooms is headquartered in St. Charles, IL. Our staff consists of engineers, designers, carpenters, electricians and roofers. We do it all to build the room of your dreams at an affordable price. What we have done to the room addition industry is truly revolutionary. We created simple designs keeping your project affordable while providing elegant structures customized to your home and your personal taste.

TimberBuilt Inc. does not have any sub-contractors. From start to finish, you are guaranteed to get TimberBuilt quality that only TimberBuilt employees can provide. Each TimberBuilt Room is designed, drawn, managed and built by TimberBuilt employees. Unlike manufactured rooms and kits made of metal or plastic, TimberBuilt Rooms are designed using conventional wood construction and are built with the same quality building materials used in your home. Since each room is designed to fit your home, we can design with virtually any materials (such as cedar, cement board, vinyl siding etc.) to perfectly match your exterior finish, truly making the room a natural extension of your home.

For the ultimate in Screen Room Additions, our TimberBuilt Screen Room is built for those who truly want to experience the fresh air outdoors in a room that not only looks beautiful but is built to last. TimberBuilt Screen Rooms are framed using post and beam construction. Large 6×6 and 4×6 rough sawn Western Red Cedar timbers make up the framing for this room. The cedar timbers can be stained to match your home exactly or can be stained using a semi-transparent or clear stain for those who want to enjoy the natural wood grains.

TimberBuilt Family Rooms give you more multi-purpose living space. We carefully design and build structures to blend with the house exactly, so it is like the room was always there. No need to worry about the "add-on" structure that doesn't look like it belongs; TimberBuilt builds a family room that fits. TimberBuilt Family Rooms are built using the same material and building methods as your house. Since we build with traditional building materials we can design a room that compliments your house perfectly.
