Founded in 2002, Synergy Builders is a design/build home remodeling company located in West Chicago, Illinois. We work with Chicagoland homeowners to renovate their spaces through a comprehensive portfolio of design and remodeling services. Synergy has specialized in kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling, as well as whole house design and room additions for more than 15 years. Our goal is to provide stress-free remodeling services to every one of our clients. Our founders, John Habermeier and Steve Taylor, grew up working in the trades.

Synergy provides you with secure 24/7 online access to your own project portal, which enables you to see your project calendar, view and track construction progress, and access important documents. Your project's schedule is approved before construction begins, so you will know ahead of time and at any time what work is being done and when. We have built long-lasting relationships with only prescreened and trusted subcontractors who regularly work together on our projects. Synergy also has a team of quality carpenters and electricians on staff.
