Troy Garrett came to our daughter's home to repair a serious water leak. We had to remove a kitchen cabinet and Troy had to cut through the wall to do the repair to the bathtub pipes. It was quite an involved job with new tubing and a new set of fixtures for the tub. This is actually the third time we have requested Troy because of his knowledge and expertise. Technician David Burgett called when he was about 1 hour out to confirm and let me know what time he would be there. When he arrived he was very friendly and polite. He diagnosd the problem, then gave the total cost to fix. He then proceed to fix the problem in record time in below freezing temperature in the mud, snow, and water. Each time that he came into the house he made sure to place the protective booties on his shoes. Problem and fixed and very happy and please with his service and Justin Dorsey Plumbing.
