Jon has been in the custom home building industry for over 35 years, serving as vice-president for one of the top five home builders in Indiana before starting GuyCo. We take years of new home building and design experience, along with years of construction experience to avoid unforeseen issues in an industry that typically considers unforeseen issues as standard practice. 2. If we review every detail we are less likely to miss items, and that's what it's all about. We will not be the cheapest, but we will be the most accurately-priced company at the start of your project.

At GuyCo Homes we offer design services to meet all of our clients' needs, from new home builders in Indianapolis and Hamilton County to customized home remodeling. We provide you with two options, cost-plus and square foot pricing to meet your needs and budget requirements (applies to new homes only). Our luxury Indianapolis and Hamilton County home builders try to anticipate your taste and put together a base price with allowances for items such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring and cabinetry.

While small homes and additions take approximately 12 weeks to complete, larger projects often take 3 - 9 months. Custom design homes and whole home remodels may require up to a year or more depending upon their specifications. We use Eco Batt for insulation and other products like Smart Strand carpet and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paints.
