NEIGHBORHOOD LAWN CARE, INC was founded in 2009 in Portland, Oregon by Andrew Baker. His focus at the time was to provide residential lawn care and landscape maintenance service in and around his own neighborhood. Andrew had one goal in mind - to provide a full range of superior lawn care services in the area. After a few years (and after relocating to Vancouver, Washington) Andrew expanded his portfolio by become a landscape contractor, and offering other service that his clients had been requesting.
