I can't express how disappointed I am. We are going to need to hire another contractor to fix multiple items they have done. They will say we have what we agreed to. The fact is we spent a large amount a money with them and are very unhappy with what we now have. It is not what we were originally promised from day one.
Our last two projects with LE&W have been very successful. Last year they built a new deck for us which surrounded an existing older maple tree. After tearing off the old deck we discovered that a large root had partially girdled the tree and threatened it's life. They not only did treatments, fertilization, compost tea and careful root pruning to revitalize this centerpiece to our garden, but built one of the most structurally sound decks I could have ever hoped for. The construction team was excellent. Now, come spring, our maple has never looked healthier with beautiful new growth. We couldn't be happier.
