Nothing gives your home a rustic and warm look like hardwood floors. These floors give your home a beauty and durability that can last a lifetime when properly maintained. Installing hardwood floor covering is often a difficult task.
Vinyl tiles and planks provide the look of wood, stone, or tile at a lower cost. Often, they perform better than their more expensive counterparts. They resist stains and are simple to clean. And regardless of which look you choose, you can care for all of your vinyl tiles the same. The detail and make of these tiles make them nearly indistinguishable from the real thing. Wood looks even come with the appropriate grooves and knots. The best part is that there is no special cleaning required. All of these floors can be cleaned by sweeping and mopping.
Other than flooring, we can also use our tile to install a custom shower. Tile gives you the freedom to create your shower how you see fit. Instead of having to fit a pre-measured tub or standing shower in your bathroom, you can build it from scratch. These kinds of showers have caught on recently, especially in newer homes. That's because when it comes to convenience and looks, nothing beats a custom tile shower. Tile showers are as strong as they are stunning. They can give your bathroom a sleek, modern style.
Before installing tile, we lay the tile out to make a plan for the pattern. Then, we install tiles on top of adhesive. Most of the time, some tiles need to be cut to fit into the room. Regardless, after setting the tiles, we grout the joints to protect the tile and adhesive underneath.
Most of the time, installing unfinished treads is a way to match the stairs to the existing floor. It can be frustrating to have different shades of stain that don't fully match. In these cases, we are able to stain the steps to look just like the floor below or above them. By the time we finish, you won't be able to tell that the stairs and floor were separate jobs.
