We needed the living room carpet cleaned along with an area rug that had heavy pet stains. I called after hours on a Tuesday and John answered and said he would have a technician there Friday morning. Justin arrived on time and got to work. The stains completely disappeared. Justin also educated us on how to clean it ourselves in the future and what not to do to make the problem worse. He did not try to upsell us on additional services or products. After a so-so experience with ZeroRez 6 months earlier I'm glad I called Duraclean.

Justin was my technician. He was on time, and called prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does.
Justin cleaned a white sofa and chair for me that was stained from everyday use and did an Amazing job. My sofa looks like new and my chair in my office is so perfect again. I will from this point forward not call anyone but Duraclean. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the service I got.

We had a long-standing mold problem beneath our glassed-in porch, causing mold to permeate into the room itself. Duraclean did an incredible job eliminating the mold both underneath and in the porch. It smells fresher and cleaner than it ever has. John, Duraclean's owner, gave us a full assessment of the problem and a very fair price to remedy it. Among the best features of Duraclean's work is that they cleaned the furniture and upholstery in place as well as the crawl space and all wood surfaces below the porch. Justin did all the work on-site by himself. A perfectionist, he worked long hours to ensure that everything was completed to his and our satisfaction. Both John and Justin were personable and easy to work with. Based on the success of their work at our residence, we recommend Duraclean for any mold remediation problem.

This business is a rare gem. What home services company shows up when they say they are going to? What home services company charges a fair, agreed upon price? Owner John and employees Greg and Brandon were hard working, honest and polite.
Our basement flooded in a severe storm and Duraclean used enormous fans to dry out the basement for a couple of days. They also removed damaged baseboards.
Very happy we used this company! Plan to use them in the future to clean our carpets.

We called Duraclean to discuss carpet cleaning. We had pet odors and the usual wear and tear, but nothing major. I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appoitnment.
Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that.
He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone.
I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!

Love the job this company did on my carpets and upholstery!!
I'm moving into the upstairs of my mom's house. An area not lived in but everything is usually stored in so the floors are not in good condition. I forget the name of the gentleman that came out (because I'm terrible at remembering names), but he was very upfront and honest in saying that there were a bunch of stains that he may not be able to get out. I really didn't care, I just wanted it clean, as in not dirty carpet, I knew it probably would never look good again.
When finished, not only were the stains removed, but he also removed the huge amount of candle wax that I forgot had dropped onto my couch that was there. The entire area smelled SO MUCH FRESHER! I wasn't expecting that much difference, but I sure do feel better about moving in now, that my floors and sofa are clean. The price was exceptional for all of the work he did. Which, by the way, he cut me a deal in my sectional because it didn't look so bad.
I will definitely use Duraclean again!

Oh my gosh! We had not had these abused carpets cleaned in so many years I am appalled to even say... these people are like magic! Look at the before and after of what happened when our dog got into a trash bag and ate something g with a whole lot of green food color in it...I feel like I have new carpeting and got a good education on taking care of future horrific stains. Lower price than all the other quotes I got too...

They arrived and immediately let me know what would be done. The technician was very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate. I haven't seen our carpet look this great in years! Answered the phone on third ring, very courteous, gave me a quote and we set up date/time for cleaning. Arrived on time, actually calling me 30 minutes prior to give me an arrival time. Extremely efficient, explained process and actually did an exceptional job on carpet and rug. They also did a great job cleaning my tile grout. I highly recommend this company.

The most meticulous carpet cleaner I have ever had! Firstly, the company is run in a professional manner, starting with the initial phonecall. Justin called ahead and arrived on time. He had his work cut out here but did an amazing job removing old stains and leaving my white carpet beautifully clean. He was much more demanding than even I am! And he generously cleaned an area that I had decided to let go this time. What I also really appreciate is that they clean exactly what you want cleaned. My DR is a walk-through and other than that path, the carpet is perfectly clean. Others would only quote entire rooms, but Duraclean had no problem cleaning just that path. I am happy to recommend this company!

They did a great job. I completely forgot I had scheduled an appointment so I was unprepared when they arrived. They were really great and understanding. They helped me move all of the furniture and did a very through job. They guys were very friendly and the carpets look great. They even gave me a few tips to keep the carpets looking fresh.

Duraclean did a great job on my company's carpets! My boss commented "They did an amazing job. They even got the stain out of the white rug in the lobby".
My company selected Duraclean to clean our entire office space (we occupy a whole floor of the building we're in). Half the space was being renovated, the other half still occupied. John and his crew were timely, prepared and professional. Without complaint they overcame some unexpected obstacles (the carpets were supposed to have been vacuumed prior to their arrival) and ultimately they left the carpets squeaky clean-what a difference it made to the appearance of the whole office.
We also appreciated that they did much of the work over the weekend or at night, as was necessary, given the timeline of the renovation. I have never had occasion to use Duraclean in a residential application so I can only comment on their work from a business perspective and I would definitely recommend them.
