For over 30 years, Father and Son Builders has been making people's new home dreams come true. We've built homes in beautiful York County, Maine and the surrounding areas. People from all over the country enjoy the quaint, family-focused atmosphere that can be found here. While our area of Maine is well known for picturesque coastal towns like Kennebunkport and Wells, there are also beautiful pockets off the coastline in towns like Hollis, Sanford and Limerick. We have built numerous homes in New Hampshire too, in places like Rochester, Dover, Barrington, and Portsmouth.

Lyle Duell founded Father and Son Builders in 1983 in Lebanon, Maine and incorporated it in 1984. Since then we have proudly built over 500 homes in Southern Maine and New Hampshire. We build in two distinct categories: entry-level homes and custom-built homes. Both go through the same process and are built to our high quality standard.
