We conducted an extensive interior restoration of this late 1700's intown Kennebunkport residence.
This lovely beach front home enjoys beautiful views, open concept spaces, vaulted ceilings with painted beams and blackened hardware. It also has many private areas to relax and get away. This residence is a modest, Craftsman style hideaway, nestled between its neighbors. The rafter system and vaulted ceiling is supported by a beam, extending from one end of the house to the other. The bedroom loft, with inverted dormer, creates a charming balcony and multiple sky-light windows provide starry night views.
