When drinking water piping connects to various plumbing fixtures or water utilizing equipment a cross-connection is created. If improperly protected, contamination can result when a backflow event occurs; allowing contaminates to reverse flow from the fixture/equipment back into the drinking water piping. Kaukauna Utilities is pleased to announce that it has contracted Hydro Designs, Inc. of Brookfield, WI to assist with the implementation of a Cross Connection Control Program. This program is designed to inform you the customer about existing or potential cross connections that may exist in your business or home internal plumbing system.

The Energy Efficiency program is designed to encourage investment by large commercial and industrial utility customers in energy efficient improvements. Up to $250,000 of incentive funding is available for each bid cycle!
