I scheduled an appointment with Absolute during a partial kitchen renovation. They worked me into their schedule a week before the construction was to begin. After evaluating my plumbing options, Matt discussed solutions and pricing with me. No hidden costs…complete honesty. I had him unhook my water/drain pipes that visit…and I scheduled him to come back a week later, after the cabinet makers finished their work, to hook the water back up, move the garbage disposal, and install the new faucet. Matt made choosing Absolute an easy decision. I intend on making other appointments with them throughout the year as I tackle miscellaneous projects.

We had our laundry room relocated from the basement to upstairs. The work was done rapidly, correctly and at a very reasonable price. And the clean up was so good there was no sign of all the work except for the new laundry room. Thanks Nick!!

We had Nick at our place about a month ago and we had no idea what half the stuff was that was going wrong and he was able to explain things to us and gave us options! Super friendly, prompt, very clean (everything in our bathroom is white, he cleaned his area better than it was when he got here!)

Absolute Plumbing is the best in the Valley! We have been customers for years and send all our friends their way. From the receptionists to the plumbers - everyone is friendly, professional and they do great work. Over the years they have replaced most of the plumbing in our house. We couldn't be happier with their work. Nick G and everyone else who has come to our house are amazing to work with. Quick, reliable and they stand by their product. We wouldn't chose anyone else.

Start out with a $79 fee just to get him there. He arrived past the 2 hour window that I was given. Technician arrived on site, Look around for less than 5 minutes and gave me a call with my options.Options were totalling over $800 just to clear a drain From my floor drain to my mainline. He never even inspected to see what was wrong before giving me these outrageous options. $341Just to put a camera in and see what was wrong. Another over $400, To either jet it or auger out the line he wasn't sure which because obviously he did not look at it yet. He told me it was 2" PVC when obviously it was 4" cast iron stubbed up by the washer and dryer. He clearly thought I did not know anything about it and was fully willing to take advantage of that fact. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We had intermittent issues with our toilet. We received professional upfront information from Sue who took my initial call and followed up with us afterwards. Nick our technician was polite, informative, helpful, and understanding. He offered many solutions which was a little overwhelming but he talked out with us without pressuring us. We would definitely recommend Absolute Plumbing!

The guy that cane out was extremely courteous. He did a good job, explained the options. He even brought up our garbage bins without asking. Also they followed up a week later with a phone call. Great customer service all around guys!

We have worked with Absolute Plumbing for a number of years. We are most satisfied with their professionalism, customer service, quality of work and ability to diagnose, explain and repair. We appreciate that their technicians are trained, certified not only in plumbing but in health, safety and legal issues - plus the bonus of "green" practices. Shoe covers are always worn and now with the Covid virus, masks and gloves are worn as well. Their care for customers is legendary. They keep us apprised of options, costs, time tables and explain everything in layman's terms. When I was going through a serious health issue, they sent a floral arrangement. Their entire staff, from Sue to Nick G, are friendly and passionate about what they do.

The office staff was very pleasant to deal with, and Nick was a great representative of the company and the plumbing profession in general. He was obviously knowledgeable, asked questions to help diagnose the problem, offered options and alternatives and explained them well. Great service and friendly staff from the phone call to the end with the house call. So happy they were able to replace the hot water heater on a Friday and during the quarantine.
