Coastal Land Solutions, Inc. (CLS) is a group of dedicated Professional Land Development Specialists committed to earning trust through hard work, ethical practice and open communication. The firm was founded in 2004 by Sean C. Englert, California Professional Land Surveyor No. 7959. CLS began as a small company providing Land Surveying services and quickly evolved to become a full-service Land Development and Land Planning firm offering Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Expert Witness and GIS (Geographic Information System) services.
