Our Electrical Engineering department balances efficient design techniques with energy efficiency to create power distribution that meets the projects needs and complies with Title 24 requirements. Our Architectural Department provides a diverse range of architectural Services. Our staff has extensive experience in the preparation of construction documents for new construction, tenant improvement and complex building modifications and prototypical development and modification. Our strength in the delivery of our architectural services is in our ability to understand the owner's objectives and juridictional requirements to deliver on time. These qualities have proven invaluable as we have successfully participated in numerous multi-location roll-outs for some of the nation's largest retailers.

As corporate concern over the presence and impact to their properties by hazardous materials increases, state and federal regulatory agencies continue to implement new laws to address such concerns. These laws regulate standards ranging from discovery, evaluation and investigation to clean-up and storage. It is important that an owner have a clear understanding of the impact of hazardous materials to their property. Although we limit our environmental services to Phase I Environmental Assessments, our staff stays abreast of the rapidly changing regulations and reporting requirements to ensure that the all potential impacts are known.

Our structural engineering staff approaches each project with the goal of balancing project cost, efficient modern design techniques and code compliance. Our building design experience includes free standing or contiguous wood framed, masonry and concrete tilt up construction. Our foundation experience includes traditional concrete spread footing, post tension slabs, driven piles, caissons and tie back methods. Our Civil Engineering department has extensive experience in civil site design utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Our staff of engineers, designers and CAD technicians has delivered cost effective efficient designs on hundreds of retail, fast food and service station and commercial projects throughout California. Our Geotechnical and Geological Engineering staff has performed subsurface investigations, fault investigations and provided Geotechnical and Geological Reconnaissance Reports on hundreds of properties throughout California. Our Geological staff is regarded as industry leaders in the investigation and mitigation of landslides, slope failures and retaining wall failures. Since we maintain in-house drilling and laboratory capabilities, and are not reliant on the schedules of others, these services are typically provided on an expedited basis.
