Dimension IV - Madison, LLC was founded in November 2002 providing architectural, engineering, and interior design services. By the fall of 2007, we relocated to a new office refocusing and strengthening our core architectural, interior design, and planning services. Our name evolved to Dimension IV Madison Design Group and we launched a revamped brand and design-oriented marketing. Today our focus is on architectural, interior design, and planning services across a variety of project areas, including commercial, residential, civic, historic restorations and other renovations, and adaptive reuse.
Dimension IV Madison Design Group provides a wide range of services customized to best serve the needs of each client. Our services span a variety of project categories, including: residential; commercial, office and business; community and municipal centers; education, schools and colleges; eldercare and senior living; hospitality, hotel and restaurant; religious, church and worship space; and historic restorations. Complete design services, from concepts to construction documents and specifications for new buildings, additions, renovations, restorations, adaptive reuse, and tenant build-outs.
Congratulations to Friede & Associates for winning several awards during the 2020 Associated Builders and Contractor, Inc. (ABC) Wisconsin Chapter Projects of Distinction Awards, held virtually on January 28.
Our team was happy to host UW-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning students January 21 for a half-day externship. Nolan Gallimore, Roe Draus, and Nicole Urquhart video conferenced with our staff and participated in a design charette, shared their portfolios, and reviewed the process of preparing Construction Documents. We wish them the best of luck with their next adventure after graduation in the spring.
Our company has a tradition of celebrating staff birthdays, usually with homemade treats! In lieu of being in the office together (because of you know what), a few of the owners have kept the tradition going by delivering treats to coworkers. Happy Birthday shout-outs to Matt and Bjorn who celebrated BDs in January!
