When a neighbor two doors down hired Exterior Renovations, we watched the remodel with awe and got to know the Exterior Renovations team so well we decided to hire them to remodel our home, too! We live in a 1960s tri-level house so when it came time to replace the cedar siding, we didn't think we could do much to boost the curb appeal. But Michael, Jason and the entire team knew so much about the products available in the marketplace and had such a gift for design, that with their quality craftsmanship, our home looks like new. I am 100% recommending them to all of our neighbors!

Just a fantastic experience with Exterior Renovations from start to finish. The team as a whole was thoughtful, diligent, helpful, and pleasant to have around. We had a complete exterior overhaul, and Michael was so thorough with addressing every single one of our questions--with more detail and explanation than any other company we talked with.
The price point beat every other company we talked with (except one who was willing to match the price), but Exterior Reno went an extra step and also met our unique needs with creative ideas and personalized solutions to our unique problems (for instance, unique fascia and soffet design for an old home in order to maintain the character. John, the lead on our project, had a great attention to detail and obviously took great pride in his work. We ran into a couple of hiccups in house structure (rotting wood, etc) which were also addressed promptly and efficiently. Communication and promptness were amazing throughout the entire experience. Two small details were left unfinished, and Michael noticed them himself in his own followup to the project and were taken care of promptly. Honestly, we’re still shocked at how smoothly and and pleasantly such a giant project went.
For one of the best-priced quotes, we were worried we’d pay the price in some way, but instead we really just found the best company to work with. We’ll most definitely be using Exterior Renovations for all future projects with no hesitation.
