JP Improvements, LLC has been in the building trades for nearly 30 yrs, has Builder Qualifier Certification, and has completed training in mold remediation. Many remediation companies lack in building experience and leave the remediation project with only the surface of the mold remediation completed. JP Improvements starts out the remediation by what we call, "Elimination of causes" which consist of eliminating the reason or reasons why the mold is there to begin with. Mold spores are present in all environments and are found on and within many new building materials.
