This guy...was GREAT! He answered all my questions, and did not have a problem with me asking them. He also answered a couple of other questions, and looked at an issue I was having with another piece of heating/cooling equipment and gave me suggestions. Respectful of my property, and careful with distance covid requirements. Will def initely hire him again. THUMBS UP!

Woke up on 12/15 day before the expected ice storm with no heat panicked all day at work chose fire and ice to come out Joe was amazing he had my heat working in just a short period of time I know I need to replace my furnace when I do I will definitely call Joe

Joseph of Fire and Ice has done air conditioning work for me before, and I was very satisfied with his work, so I called him again to help with my heating system. Today he installed a new thermostat and built a foam tent to cover attic entrance for more insulation. I like these things about Joseph. He is very prompt and will call if he can't be there on time. He works hard and tries to maximize his efficiency. He is a good problem solver. A few problems occurred because I have an old house, and he was able to analyze the situation and fix the problems. He also answers questions and gives his best professional advice. I highly recommend Fire and Ice, and will hire Joseph again for my next HVAC project.

Joseph is knowledgable and honest. We contacted him on Friday afternoon in July, when our AC crashed. He express ordered our part and repaired our unit by Monday pm. Charged less than half of what Eanes had estimated. Couldn't ask for more.

They called back quickly, came out even faster for a quote and then did the work within a few days. Cleaned up well after themselves and were very nice and professional.
