DDI Construction has been building houses and neighborhoods since 1987. We have done everything from basic ranch designs to custom homes as creative as the homeowner can imagine. We have a great reputation as builders and have 23 years of experience in this field. From single custom homes to 50 unit developments we strive towards excellence. Over the past five years we has been building smaller affordable homes throughout Gorham, Standish, Windham, and Raymond. We are a proud a member of Maine State Housings "green builders" and all of our houses meet the green standards set by Maine State Housing.
DDI Construction has many different residential home designs to choose from. Depending on the development you would like to get into will decide on what houses you have to choose from. Our houses are designed and positioned based on sunlight exposure to provide maximum efficiency. Windows are also placed in certain locations due to sunlight as required by Maine State Housings green standards.
DDI Construction offers many excavation services and is a complete site work contractor. In 2007 we expanded our services offerings to include excavation and many other aspects of earthwork.
Please expect delays as sewer separation work begins on lower Main Street in Biddeford the week of May 4, 2020. All construction will take place on Main Street between Alfred Street and Water Street. One-lane traffic will be allowed through the area during work hours.
