We were very fortunate to have Letarte Bros. build our home recently and could not possibly be happier with the results. With Josh and Nate, it's not just about the construction, it's the entire building process. They have many good ideas and sometimes the plans just don't show everything, but they don't miss a thing and have great ideas and suggestions that improve the end result of your most important project. It was just that way for us. Because I am 'from away, ' it was crucial that I was comfortable with, and have confidence in, the builder I chose to tear down and rebuild my family's longtime vacation home in Maine.
When President Abraham Lincoln famously said, "You can't please all of the people all of the time, " he hadn't worked with Letarte Bros Construction. Uniquely focused on client services and pleasing every customer every time, we challenge Honest Abe's assertion with each completed job. From tinkering on projects as a boy to working with tools and building materials at Ace Hardware as a teenager, Josh Letarte always wanted to be a builder. After graduating from Thornton Academy, Josh studied Business and Industrial Technology at the University of Southern Maine and began working with a high-end builder in Kennebunk (ME).
Letarte Bros embraces the challenge of home renovations and has the skill and experience to minimize the disruption of living in a house that is under renovation. Maintaining a clean, livable site is a point of pride and daily emphasis. For Letarte Bros, a project isn't complete when the tools are loaded. They finish the job taking care of every detail, even helping homeowners with window treatments and thermostats for maximum comfort and efficiency. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
