We are a lodge linked to the past, yet with a path to the future; steeped in traditions yet bold enough to start new ones, wise enough to move forward, while keeping an eye whence we came. Freemasonry is the world's largest, oldest and best-known gentleman's fraternity. It is based on the medieval stonemason guilds who built the great castles and cathedrals of Europe. Modern Freemasons likewise use the tools, traditions and terminology of those earlier stonemasons as allegories for building Temples in the hearts of men.

For more than thirty years Spiger's Stonework & Masonry, Inc. has been decorating the Northwest with our craftsmanship. We have a great deal of pride in our ability to create rustic beauty from some of natures toughest elements. Each project we consider an artistic extension of who we are and what we represent. Our art is not created with paint brushes, photographs or other traditional forms. Our art is built with stone hammers, chisels and trowels. Each project is unique and many of the stonemason's techniques used thousands of years ago are still true today.
Mountain Stone® Classic Series and Builder Series manufactured stone begins with individual natural stones for use as "masters". From those masters, our craftsmen then create molds to capture the essence of each stone, nooks and crannies of a natural face, fine sedimentary lines, dimples, and the defined chisel mark made by a master stonemason. Pick up a piece of Mountain Stone® Classic Series. Look at all of the natural textures and colors. When your hands and your eyes can't tell the difference between natural and manufactured, you're dealing with a product of the highest quality because it was made to look as nature intended.

When my grandfather Louis Guinett, Sr., a stonemason immigrant, began Guinett Masonry in 1904, he brought more than old world stone masonry skills to his craft. He passed these values on to my father Louis Guinett, Jr. who began contracting with one pickup truck and a laborer in 1950. Louis, Jr. believed in excellence and set high standards for quality stone masonry. He committed to work with integrity and a tremendous pride of stone artistry, building Guinett' Masonry's unfailing reputation. In 1993 I took the reins from my father, along with my husband Gregg, with the full intent to continue the tradition of providing high-quality, reliable stone masonry services.
Freemasonry is one of the world's oldest secular fraternal societies, whose members are concerned with moral and spiritual values. Its members strive to exemplify integrity, honor, wisdom, love, trust, and knowledge, seeking to connect with other men of similar mindset. They are taught its precepts by a series of ritual dramas, which follow ancient forms and use stonemason's customs and tools as allegorical guides. The essential qualification for admission is a belief in a Supreme Being. We accept men from all walks of life who demonstrate upright conduct and acknowledge a belief in God.
