At our yard, we allow the customer to hand pick the lumber or building materials and load up first.
For your convenience, Capitol City Lumber offers delivery of your lumber, hardware andother building materials. Delivery services are available across North Carolina. Delivery is $45 per trip within Wake County and $75 per trip in Durham, Chatham, Orange, Lee, Harnett, Johnston, Nash and Franklin counties. All delivery feesbeyond thearea listedabovewill need to be quoted. Please contact Capitol City Lumber to schedule lumber delivery to your location. Theremay bean additional delivery charge on full pallets of sand, concrete/mortar, flagstone and railroad ties.
Within 45 days of purchase, full refunds are given on items in resalable condition with the original sales receipt. All lumber, plywood and building materials covered and protected on our yard will need to have been protected on your yard to qualify for a return. Items must be uncut and in the same condition as when purchased. All purchases made by check will have a waiting period of up to 10 business days from the original purchase date before refunds can be processed. Special order items areNON-REFUNDABLEunless the vendor authorizes a return.
ALL Treated wood is NOW Ground Contact! Pressure-treated wood is softwood lumber, typically southern yellow pine, that's been chemically treated to resist rot, decay and termites. Lumber treated to "Ground Contact" has a high chemical retention level and can be placed directly on or in the ground with better protection against rot or decay.
