The company was founded by Scott in 2012 in Clayton, NC. Scott's vision was to start a company that focuses on customer service and a quality product at an affordable price. Currently Southview Homes, LLC offers its services in the following counties Wake, Johnston, Chatham and Harnett. The company boast a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ and is also a member of the Home Builders Association.
