Reed Wright heaiting company started on Queen Anne hill in 1938 delivering coal and sawdust for heating homes around Seattle. Reed Wright and his brother operated the company to start with. The company transitioned from coal and sawdust to oil then to gas heat in the 50s. The company also started an electrical division back in the late 50s or early 60s. As electrical contractors the company also did some of the Seattle center wiring for the worlds fair. The company slowly backed off of electrical and focused on heating and air conditioning.
