G & S, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a residential heating and air conditioning installation company with two employees. Over the decades, led by Roger Thompson, the company flourished, staying true to its beginnings as a "service first" company. Now with more than 50 employees and a fleet of 30 service trucks, the company transitioned from a small installation company to one of NW Washington's largest HVAC contractors. In 2018,G &S Heating partnered with another Puget Sound market leader, MM Comfort Systems, to offer enhanced services and products to our clients and leverage the strength of both companies.
