At Total Energy Management, we are very excited to be celebrating our 36th year of serving your HVAC, Fabrication, Electrical and Control Systems' needs! Total Energy Management offers a wide variety of services including HVAC service and repair, replacement heating and cooling solutions, new construction HVAC and electrical services, automation and controls, complete fabrication design and more. Our experienced team is here to provide the expertise to support all project scopes. I had worked with TEM 10 years ago while converting an old Energy Northwest warehouse into a new APFL Laboratory for PNNL.

Total Energy Management maintains a complete fabrication facility. TEM's fabrication facility includes computer aided plasma cutting, Shearing and breaking capacities to stainless steel, welding stations, and complete sheet metal assembly line. Average Sheet metal fabrication capacity is between 20,000 & 25,000 pounds per month. Custom fabrication is also available upon request. Bring us your drawings or sketch an idea and we can bring it to reality. Custom copper fabrication and architectural chimney caps are just a couple examples of the fabrication solutions we can provide.

Total Energy Management's Electrical Division supports over 300 new home installations per year covering a 200 mile radius. Additionally, we provide light commercial installations, service and repair, and support our Temperature Controls Division with installations of various control systems. Originally intended to support the electrical needs of the HVAC departments at TEM, the Electrical Division has rapidly grown to become one of the strongest divisions. We have now expanded into the multi-family field and are providing electrical installations in various farm worker housing projects around the State of Washington.

The residential department at Total Energy Management has nearly 35 years of proven track record providing comfort solutions to customers throughout the Mid-Columbia. We pride ourselves in selling only top Quality Carrier Heating and Cooling products. Carrier products have consistently led the industry in advancements and the most recent line of Infinity Products offer cutting edge variable capacity products to maximize the comfort level in your home. To date, Total Energy Management has been awarded Carriers President's Award.

Total Energy Management engages in a wide array of commercial and industrial projects annually. Projects range from large scale commercial in the medical, retail, and education fields, to complete industrial ventilation projects. Additionally, with a full service fabrication facility, we support all the sheet metal requirements associated with any project. Our Design/Build department is another key component. The Design/Build process has proven to be successful in all commercial arenas including small retail and office spaces, to large scale medical facilities.
