In 2002, we recognized a need for training in natural and propane gas, as well as appliance installation and service. At the time, no training of this type was available in New Hampshire. After course planning and development, Granite State Trade School welcomed its first group of students in 2006. Granite State Trade School which was originally created to train contractors in the gas industry. With New Hampshire preparing to require gas licensing, Granite State Trade School was fully prepared to meet the needs of New Hampshire's workforce with a comprehensive training program.
