Palmer and Sicard have been Employee Owned since 2002 and in 2017 celebrated their 15th anniversary as an ESOP. The company was founded in 1954 by Bud Palmer and Leon Sicard.
From design to fabrication, Palmer and Sicard utilizes the latest BIM technologies that incorporate the AutoCAD suite in designing a 3D model of our projects. During this process we run clash detection with other building systems utilizing Navis Works. The next step in our process is to provide our fabrication shop with schematic plans called spool drawings. These drawings have a detailed assembly plan for use by our sheet metal and piping fabricators combined with a material list included on the drawing.
Palmer and Sicard employs high quality Pipe Fitters and Plumbers that are fully trained in the use of the latest technologies. Our Mechanics install all types of plumbing and mechanical systems including hydronic heating and chilled water systems, low pressure and high pressure steam systems, as well as fuel oil, fuel gas, compressed air and medical gas systems giving Palmer and Sicard a diverse and flexible workforce. Palmer and Sicard also excels at boiler and mechanical room installations and replacements.
