Let me tell you what that means to me, before going into this business I decided to give my customers what I wanted from an Air Conditioning Company. All my decisions were based on that. I have looked at purchasing 2 seperate locations for my business on Center street, here in Deer Park. But I couldn't honestly do that and still provide you with great pricing. You see, all the costs of owning a building on Center Street would have to be passed on to you my customer. I decided my customers would rather have great pricing than buy me a building.
Brian came out at the end of the day today (Saturday) and hooked us up. Didn’t overcharge and fixed the problem for less than 1/4 the price of the previous bid I had.
My AC is blowing cold and the world is back to normal.
This is my 3rd time using this company and they have always done me right.
I appreciate the service I received on Wednesday. The repair man was very professional, had the issue with the unit diagnosed in no time and let me know the cost to repair up front. The AC is blowing like a champ now. Thanks fellas. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.
I purchased a new unit from them. Shortly after the outside unit started making a loud noise. We called them and they came out. They couldn’t make the unit make that noise while they were there so they did nothing. A couple of months go by and it’s still doing it. So my wife took a video and sent it to them. They came out again and The same situation. It didn’t make the noise while they were there so they did nothing. They told us that they could not fix it based on a noise. So two or three times a day I have to go to the outside unit and turn it off and back on to get it to stop making this awful noise. I feel like they did a good job. But I also feel like I just bought a unit that’s going to crap out soon.
Brico did a swap out (outside unit, air handler, electric heater, etc), very nice work, the installers did a great job and also really cleaned up all the old equipment, parts and packing boxes, left the attic and yard nice and clean. The price was fair and we're looking forward to improved cooling in the summer.
Thank you SO much. Our A/C went out around 4:30 on a Saturday evening. The technician was here 45 minutes after we called. He was able to get it going and stayed around awhile to be sure it was cooling. We are so appreciative.
Just wanted to say thank you. Called and came out on the same day. Went right to work and it wasn’t long until we had heat again. So glad I called this local company. Will definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable. Thank you Brico!
It's that time of year again. AC season will be here before you know it. If you need servicing, repair or replacement please consider a local Deer Park Company. 3 full time service technicians, a dedicated install crew, licensed and insured! And only a $45 Service Call.
We've had several calls since the storm about A/C and Heating equipment not starting. If you've had anyone in your attic recently, check the furnace power switch. They can be turned off accidentally. Have a great day!

ANTS! I've seen a lot of posts about ants after all the rain we've had. The ground is saturated with water. They are moving up to higher spots, your outdoor A/C condenser is a perfect place for them! Don't let them move in! They'll short out contactors, get stuck between contacts making bad connections, they'll eat insulation off wires. I've seen an ant bed built on the side of compressor motor, covering the molded electrical plug, when it rained it shorted the plug, overheating and melting the
