Our maintenance agreement includes two precision tune-ups. One tune-up is included in the summer for your air conditioning system and one tune-up for your heating system in the winter. Should you need additional service or repair within the year the maintenance plan takes effect, there will be a service/diagnostic fee for service calls but there will be a 10% discount for repairs on equipment by being a member of the Comfort Club Program. Additional benefits are improved efficiency, extended life on your equipment and improved capacity.

I am really thankful and impressed with the customer service that I received using Ainsworth AC. They went above and beyond to earn my business.
Every effort was made to make sure that I knew what was going on with my AC and the best course of action to fix it. All of my questions were answered with a well explained answer, not just a bunch of empty words. Doing business with Ainsworth was more personal and I never felt like I was just being sold something.
Junior introduced me to everyone who was working on my house when they arrived. They were all courteous and kind when they were there and answered all of my questions. They got to work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything so well. They didn’t leave any trace of trash on the lawn or in my garage. I noticed a huge improvement in my air quality within the first couple hours.
They took pride in the whole process, from start to finish. It made the process really smooth. Junior even brought me a birthday cake since the job happened on my birthday! And I feel confident from the way that I was treated that if I had any issues that they would be quick to resolve them. They seemed to really value happy customers! My one complaint is that my cake wasn’t red velvet! Hahah jk

I can only say great things about my experience with Ainsworth. Junior came out and did a thorough inspection of my system. He took his time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Junior was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend Ainsworth.

I recommend Ainsworth & Co. because Junior came out to our home and did an inspection of our AC and told us exactly what was needed and gave us several reasons as to why we needed an new unit other than the age of the original unit. He was so kind and personable I have never met a salesperson who was as kind as he was. He didn't give a quote and say this is how it is. He gave us options and suggestions and became a friend not just a salesman. We will definitely be using this company for our AC business. thank you Mr. Junior for such a pleasurable experience.

Today I noticed our temp in the house was a little higher than the set temp. It’s summer in Texas so no big deal, right? Wrong. I finally started checking everything I knew about and realized there was a major issue. Called and within an hour, Logan was at my house and doing his thing. Blown capacitor replaced and still no fan movement on the unit so he installed a new motor. Did his job on a Saturday in the heat, was super patient with my daughter and the dogs running around, and answered every question I had. Definitely plan on setting a maintenance contract with them so we can try and avoid more big problems in the future. Would definitely recommend!
