We had a great experience with AIM. They were able to come out very promptly and work with our schedule to determine what was wrong. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and allowed me to watch and ask questions. They scheduled me that same day for the repair follow up and were upfront with costs. Kevin, Jesse, and the team were all very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again with any issues we encounter. My a/c drain line started leaking thru my ceiling this weekend.
