This company and its crew were excellent in handling the replacement of our Central Air Unit. John not only went out of his way, but far exceeded our expectations. He was very expedient in returning my texts/calls during the appointment process. We were in a pinch because our old Carrier Central Air system crashed and we had guests coming into town the following weekend. He and his crew managed to complete the work very professionally and kept us informed during their progress. We chose the Trane XL16i comfort package and added a heat pump. With John and Chris' advice, we decided to add "state of the art" Air Scrubber to keep our air stagnant free. I highly recommend hiring NB if you want a superior, honest and stress free contractor. We are 100% confident they will impress you that much, making them stand out from the rest of their competition here in Central PA, A++ outstanding rating.
John and the crew at NB Mechanical are fantastic. They worked very well with the home warranty company and had a new system installed 5 days after my system went down. They were in constant contact with me about options and pricing which was very reassuring to me. They were very neat when the job was completed. I had a Trane Dual-Fuel system installed by another contractor and they did a horrible job, damaged my property, etc. I contacted NB Mechanical and they came in and fixed their mess and got my system working the way that it should. Their work was beautiful, they showed up each day, and they got the job done faster than expected. If you would like to see pictures of their installation work or have questions I would be happy to talk to you. These guys are great! I wish I had found them before I hired the other crummy company. Remember, you get what you pay for. Installed Tran XV20i heat pump and xc95m furnace with Nexia control in a dual-fuel or hybrid setup.
