Frank's Heating Service is the best. They've been servicing my gas furnace and AC for a number of years now. Chris is the technician that has been coming for the last 2 years; he really knows his stuff - not only is he knowledgeable, he is thorough, informative, arrives on time, polite, and always leaves my place clean.
Thanks again to the Franks worker today at the Ashland dollar store for paying for the green balloons I was getting in honor of Devins birthday tomorrow! That was very kind of him! #whynotdevin
Wanted to post a special thank you to Jason Patnaude, one of your HVAC technicians.and a real top flight MVP in my book. Jason came out on July 6th to inspect the HVAC systems in my home and found the source of a gas leak my wife and I suspected for nearly three weeks. The gas odor had surfaced after a carpenter installed plywood flooring in our attic. Despite two visits from National Grid and 3 weeks of investigating possible formaldehyde issues no remedy for the chemical odor was found until Jason came on the scene. He went straight up to the attic where my wife and I felt the problem had begun and inspected the gas flex line which had been 80% covered over by the carpenter's work. Jason, examining the flex line from it's position coming out of the furnace housed in a closet just below the attic, traced the trajectory of the covered gas line across the newly installed attic floor and gauged where it was exposed again at the opposite end of the back wall. He looked closely at the nail heads in the plywood panels and detected a possible nail that could have penetrated the flex line. He ripped up the plywood panel and immediately found the nail hole as the gas came hissing out and dashed outside to shut off the mail gas valve. Mystery solved. He explained the carpentry work was illegal and against building codes. A gas flex line should never be covered over. Also advised under the current new building codes we would be wise to have a plumber install a new SSD gas line according to specifications. Thanks for coming through in the clutch Jason.
Frank's Heating is hoping, all our customers and friends are staying safe.
