We can handle all aspects of the project including concept, design, material selection, construction and finish work. The Levi Brothers - Netanel and Shimon Levy started Santech Construction. Youngest brother Bar is attending architecture school and will join the business. Our team includes architectural, mechanical, structural & electrical engineers, interior design & construction crew. We are skilled in working on historic properties.

The Brothers Levi: In 2007, brothers Netanel and Shimon started a construction company in the Philadelphia area. For more than seven years, Netanel and Shimon have successfully worked with customers to improve their residential and commercial properties. In addition, they have worked together to buy, renovate, and sell various homes throughout the region. Over the years, Netanel and Shimon have developed long-term partnerships with supply vendors. They take pride in the quality of their work, and they look forward to working with new customers every day.

Custom Cabinets: Santech provides semi-custom and custom cabinets. We several great lines of cabinets that come nearly 100 colors, finishes, stains, materials and door styles. We carry lines like Waypoint, Executive and Ultracraft. High fashion lines with great warranties, features and design flexibility. Custom Millwork: Santech provides quality custom architectural millwork for residential and commercial projects. We are master carpenters and have extensive experience working on historic properties.

Santech is a licensed General Contractor in the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania Suburbs. As a general contractor we manage and oversee any residential commercial project.
