Since the beginning of time, the kitchen has been the heart of the home. Therefore, it should also be the best designed and most perfectly equipped room in the house. With the extensive variety of choices and enhancements available today, kitchen renovations can be a fun project involving the whole family. There are certain things that need your attention and the first of them is the kitchen design - the design impacts the overall kitchen remodel cost.

When you bought your new home, you promised yourself that you'd get that basement finished as soon as you came up with some time and money. So the time has come and now you can't wait to get started! Don't worry - it's not necessary to spend the family fortune to create a practical and cozy space. Under Minnesota law, all licensed residential builders and remodelers are required to have written performance guidelines (Minnesota Statutes § 326B.809.) The performance guidelines must be included, or incorporated by reference in, a written contract between the customer and the builder or remodeler. These guidelines establish the minimum standards that apply to the work and materials covered. The guidelines apply to the one year period beginning on the date the customer first takes title to, or possession of, the new home, (whichever occurs first) or, on remodeling projects, the one year period beginning on the date that a remodeling project is substantially completed.

Each architect has their own vision, which can sometimes be out of sync from the remodeler's vision. By working in a team based approach, we develop a relationship from the day drawings start. There is never a disconnect, as each member of our team is on the same page from day one. This means all concerns are dealt with one on one; there are no middle-men, and you deal directly with us for changes and adjustments. This approach lessens the conflict and streamlines the remodeling experience. We are capable of working with any kinds of plans that you bring us: as simple as a basic sketch or your ideas, or as in depth as full architecture plans Often we can work directly from these plans, but sometimes they require redesign if they don't have information that is necessary for our remodel, or if they need to be more in-depth.
