I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing as a great locally-owned business. I utilized their services tonight (Ryan) to clear a plugged drain pipe. They were timely, reasonably priced, and performed top-notch, quality work. I thank Edwards for a fantastic job! 5/5

I've been a customer for years and can't imagine changing. One clogged drain and one slow drain this time. Called first thing in the morning and Ryan was able to come out same day. He's a great guy and does a great job. Can't say enough good things about Edwards Plumbing - always do a great job very quickly at a great price.

I would recommend Edwards Plumbing!! They were so great fixing the leak in my bathroom. They were very upfront with the options they had to resolve the issue. Gave me the best case/worst case scenario. Lucky for me they were able to fix the leak with the best case scenario! The work was done quickly and at a very good price. I appreciate that!! They also noticed a problem with my water softener and told me a few options to resolve that until I get time to have it fixed. Thanks Edwards Plumbing for helping me.

I highly recommend Edwards plumbing, they are thorough, professional and easy to talk to about any plumbing issues. After a friend of mine had them do work at their house another problem arose (completely unrelated to the previous work) it was handled quickly, and also was done free of charge even though it had nothing to do with the other job they had done. I just have to say that sometimes people have a difficult time describing what they want done and then may end up getting frustrated about things. Not everyone knows exactly how plumbing works....I learned more from Mike Edwards in 90 minutes about plumbing than I have my whole life. He also took the time to point out other things that should be addressed, he is a very pleasant man to converse with and is in no way a liar or a cheat. I received nothing but honesty, great advice and phenomenal service. Thank you very, very much Edwards Plumbing, I will always recommend you to others and continue to call you for future plumbing work!!

0 stars. I really hate to write this. I decided to get plumber to remove a Moen faucet cartridge. Difficult for amateur but I assumed easy for a pro with proper tools. Mike Edwards told me there is no tool to get that out since I took the center out and wrecked it. My 1-piece shower would have to be cut open and pipes & fixtures replaced estimate $650. This was all false info. I assume he knows that. I went on YouTube. #6 Easy Out tool $6. I had it out in less than 15 min. shower fixed. This was either incompetence or dishonesty. I don't think I deserved that. I'm surprised at 5star reviews. I wonder about their cost was.

Excellent customer service! Noticed water dripping from the ceiling in our laundry room which is below the upstairs bath. Thought it was the shower. Needed to make an important 8:00 doctor appointment, so called Edwards Plumbing when we got home about 11:00. The dripping had stopped and then started up again. We discovered water on the floor of the upstairs furnace room. This was today, New Year's Eve, when many companies were closing at noon. Mike squeezed us in the schedule and Ryan came out about 2:00. Ryan couldn't have been more pleasant. He was very knowledgeable. He discovered the problem (a clogged humidifier hose that was leaking onto the floor). We are so appreciative, Mike and Ryan, that you took care of our problem today. We will definitely use you again and tell all our neighbors about your fantastic service. Thank you so much and Happy New Year!

Mike is a class act. I had a water heater blow up on Halloween and I called him first thing Sunday morning (early, I have small kids). He called me right back and was there by noon. Had a new water heater by 2:30 on Sunday. It wasn't just that he responded quickly and got it done on a Sunday - Mike was a straight shooter from the very first conversation. He told me what I needed, no more and no less. Didn't try to upsell me something that would cost me more with no benefit. Just a straight up honest guy doing the right thing. It was good luck that I found him when searching for plumbers Sunday morning. But I will refer to anyone I know and will never use another plumber again.
