A homeowner in Gardena called Fix All Plumbing after smelling sewer gasses rising from under their house. We came out to check and saw a pool of gray water under the house. Upon further inspection, we found a 80 year old iron sewer pipe that rusted through and was lying on the ground. Water from the washing machine was pouring directly out of the pipe into the crawl space under the house.

Here is another photo of the under ground slab work on the drainage system. As you can see at the top of the picture the pipe has been wrapped for protection for when the concrete is to be poured over it. Here we have installed metal studs creating a wall frame that drywall will be attached to later. In this metal frame we ran some of the kennel's drainage system, installed the water supply lines and valve box for the washer.
