This is the 4th time I have called on Free-Flo Rooter. They've fixed a horrible leak, replaced kitchen faucet, installed a water heater, replaced showerhead, and yesterday replaced under house pipes, installed garbage disposal, and replaced the kitchen sink pipes...this old house.

I have been using Free Flo Rooter for the last few years. They are great! They kept my old water heater running when so many other companies said I needed to replace it. And when I finally needed a new water heater right around the holidays, they came out and replaced it extremely quickly. I also called around, and they had the best price available. Our bathtub drain in our hundred year old home became completely plugged when I tried to unclog it. Free Flo: my go-to guys. Anthony came within a few hours, diagnosed that the blockage required definitive replacement, came back within 36 hours on a holiday weekend and did the deed so my tub is surely gonna drain for the next hundred years too! All at a completely affordable price. Anthony is the greatest! I recommend him, and Free Flo, without reservations.

My drainage was all backed up so I called Free flow rooter on Yelp. Josh arrived as time promised and his crew started running a rooter on the whole house cleanout pipe. After a few attempts, finally Josh and his crew were able to run through the blockage and ran a camera in the drain and discovered due to some cracks, tree roots were growing inside the sewer line. So I hired his company on a spot repair. They dug a hole 6-7 feet deep and replaced the cracked clay pipe. They worked fast and efficient. Within a few hours, they finished the job. Josh and his crew seem quite knowledgeable and reliable throughout the work. I’d certainly be confident to recommend him to anyone.

Great! First I talked to Ben and got an estimate from him - he's friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Then Josh came out and did the work right as scheduled, removing our old water heater and installing a new one. The price was great and everyone was professional and obviously great at their job. Unlike the other estimate I got, there was no price creep - the estimate is what I paid

The person I had expected Ruben(?) was delayed by his prior job, so Josh was sent. He quickly rootered the shower drain, clearing it. At about this point Ruben, the more experienced person, arrived. He was unable to replace a part in the kitchen faucet because the handle was corroded. Ruben said I should order a new handle in addition to the part I had already ordered. I was happy that the drain was clear and for the advise regarding the faucet, but felt $140. for the 10 min. rootering of the shower drain was high.

After having a different company out the day before, who despite using a hydro-jet were unable to clear the blockage, I called Free Flo. They were very responsive, told me they know of the other company and the problem was their hydro-jet was low powered. Free Flo showed when promised, cleared the drain with their much more powerful hydro-jet in about 2 minutes (not including setup time), were very professional, and charged a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
