Cleaning out gutters is a slow and nasty job for homeowners, and it can be dangerous; at least two people are needed – one on the ladder and one at the bottom for safety. Instead of spending a nice day wallowing in the gutter, let us clear the channel.
Even closed gutter systems require cleaning at least once a year. There is a great deal of material that slips past the guard and accumulates in the base of the trough, eventually clogging the channel and downspout.
Happy Monday everyone! All this sunshine is really showing how dirty windows can be. Give us a call today for a free estimate. We would love to hear from you.
If you opted for screens to cover your gutters, they will keep debris out of the channels, but the screens themselves will become covered with leaves and needles, and prevent water from entering the gutter. We can clean the screens as well as removing any materials that dropped into the gutter.
A French drain system allows you to bury the downspout from your gutter to help with dispersing water from the gutters. However, be sure to maintain easy access to the lower portion of the spout so it can be easily cleaned if it becomes clogged.
