Knowledgeable, professional, personable, respectful businessman. It's obvious Russ knows what he's doing and explains things in understandable terms. Felt right at home with him. Had furnace repaired within 30 minutes very reasonable rates for same day emergency repair. Will not use another Hvac except Russ Co from now on. I'm new to the area and I feel lucky I called him. Seriously don't get run around call this place first.

We had an issue with our furnace in the early morning hours and Bill, the technician with this company, was able to see us the same day, was very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and reasonable with prices! A couple weeks ago we had several companies out to give us estimates about replacing our very old furnace. This was also after having two different technicians from different companies come try to fix our furnace. So overwhelmed with the thought of cost, choice, I came across Russco and Bill assured me they will make it an easy process, and that it was!!!! Bill came out for the estimate and was so informative on what furnaces would be a good fit, how long the job would take and a couple different price options and furnaces. When I called to say we were going to go with their estimate he scheduled install the following day. The technicians arrived promptly at 8a like Bill said and had my old furnace out by 8:50! A couple other companies made it seem like this job was going to be a headache and Russcos technicians were phenomenal! They made sure they cleaned up their mess and were finished by 4. Our née furnace is so beautiful and runs so well! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

My husband and I decided to hire Russco after receiving 3 other estimates for a new furnace, new air conditioner unit, new thermostat, and new humidifier.
They were by far the most reasonable price quote, with better availability for timely job completion.
I dealt with Bill, for the estimate. The whole experience was super comfortable, I felt at ease. There was no pressure or judgment to buy their services. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions
The other thing I liked was the fact that the estimate interaction was handled in a very straightforward matter, unlike the other companies I had out for estimates who just felt like salesmen.
I don't want to have to haggle to get the best price, I like to know exactly what it costs without having to play all the mind games.
They are a family owned local small business, who have been in business for over 12 years. We like that.
On the day of install, A team of four men in company work vans showed up promptly at the agreed upon time to get the job done in a timely manner. All four were courteous, and acted in a professional manner.
They installed, hauled away the old, and cleaned up up the work space upon leaving.

If your thermostat is blank, it could be because the batteries need changed. It's crazy how many calls we get for this and it really is a simple fix (and a lot cheaper than having us come replace the AA's). Remove the cover of your thermostat to replace them.
