This review is not about the product since I already knew it to be exceptional. On the other hand, what is not typically found is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest customer support staff. This company met these characteristics to an exceptionally high degree. They answered the phone promptly, listened to my inquiries, gave concise easy to understand responses, and provided additional suggestions and advice to help me with my purchase. The bottom line, I felt very comfortable ordering my product from them and I was not disappointed with this decision.
My experience with Low Energy Systems and the Tankless water heater, model PH2-25RDVS unit they sell has been extremely poor. My unit has an intermittent problem and falls continually. Their support has been terrible. They refuse to replace or fix the problem. The unit is just over a year old and has had the same problem from day one. I CANNOT recommend this company at this point. I suggest staying away from purchasing equipment from them.
