So far I have only used Go Green for a furnace tune-up, but when I called, the lady on the phone was super pleasant and accommodating. Zach showed up on time and they even called to let me know he was on his way to my house. I wanted to learn how to change my furnace filter, so i crawled down into my crawl space with him and Zach was SO patient and explained everything he was doing. Gave me reasonable quotes/estimate on what it will cost when I am ready to install a new furnace and water heater in the next year or 2.
Overall, super happy with the service I received and that I felt like he was giving me a down to earth, honest opinion on my current system, not trying to sell me anything I didn't need at this time.

Great service. Great people. We just had an AC unit installed and John did a great job. Everyone was so great as new mom with a big dog in the house I was worried about having someone in the house all day but by the end of installation I couldn't have been more comfortable and confident about this company. We had our heater repaired l last winter by them and gave it another go since we were happy with them then. Really exude a company that does things right and strives to do the right thing even if it is inconvenient for them. Appreciate them so much and love the AC.

I left a message for Go Green to have my furnace replaced. I will admit that I called during a severe cold-snap in November 2014 and I'm sure they were dealing with a few emergencies. Anyway they did not call back until one month later. I already had my furnace replaced by 1st Call (also reviewed in Yelp) by then.

This morning, I contacted Zach regarding a furnace issue where it would ignite and then shut off, while the blower continued to run. Despite the complication, Zach remained incredibly patient and guided me through a few potential causes over the phone. Ultimately, we discovered that the vent was partially obstructed, and although he offered to visit in person, Zach correctly determined that we could resolve the problem via telephone. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to resolve the furnace issue without incurring any expenses or requiring a service call. I am grateful for Zach's expertise and will undoubtedly reach out to him for any future heating or cooling concerns.
