Great service and courteous technician. In spite of being undermanned our AC problem was addressed quickly and fully. The biggest wait time was parts, which is out of their control. Would absolutely use them again.

This has been by far the most incompetent customer service experience I’ve ever had, which includes talking to banks and buying cars. The managers don’t ever call you back and send out technicians who don’t actually check their work. We have been breathing in a black foam for a month after down east did an install because they realized they left in packing foam during installation. The techs disregard anything you tell them is going on until after 3 visits, they have their a-ha moment and realize you weren’t making stuff up. Again, awful customer service and don’t even attempt to actually resolve the issues.

Highly recommend! Prompt service and couldn’t be more happy with the installation of my new unit and thermostat. Showed us all the options before buying and recommend the best option! Hands down best service!
